		The History of the Training Center In 2002 the City of Graz rented an area of approximately 66 750 m² on the northern outskirts of Graz from its owner, Grazer Stadtwerke AG and sublet it to GAK for the construction of a training center. Drawing on subsidies of the City of Graz and the Federal State of Styria and using the club’s own resources the training complex was subsequently built and put into operation in October 2004. In the course of the insolvency proceedings the City of Graz cancelled the tenancy on February 1, 2008 and on June 30, 2008 this cancellation became legally effective. The „Sportstätten Weinzödl 1 Betriebs G.m.b.H." is now the new subtenant of the trainings center. On the basis of a leasing contract with "Sportstätten Weinzödl 1 Betriebs G.m.b.H." GAK can make use of the training center with certain temporal as well as spatial restrictions. The period of validity of the contract is 15 years.
